The Residential Mortgage Credit Report (RMCR) meets the strict specifications of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. It also meets and exceeds the regulatory guidelines of the VA, HUD and FHA, Often an RMCR is required because the borrower's file is not complete enough to make a sound lending decision. These strict guidelines must be followed for all HUD insured loans.

The RMCR includes separate information going back from two - seven years for both the borrower and coborrower.
