PREMIUM CREDIT BUREAU will never ask you for your password. If we need information for troubleshooting purposes, we will refer you to a specialist that will have access to your account data. Please do not share or release your password to anyone. To help protect your password, never save it on your computer, as your computer can potentially be hacked into or stolen.

PREMIUM CREDIT BUREAU does not resell or share any identifying personal, corporate, or demographic information gained through this process to other companies or entities in any way. However, non-identifying aggregate information for our characterizations of types of companies or participants in the system may be used. PREMIUM CREDIT BUREAU may use demographic and contact information for its own internal communications and marketing efforts unless you specifically choose otherwise.

We do not sell or share e-mail addresses or any other information with third parties. E-mail addresses and other volunteered information are kept confidential.

We do not report to the bureaus any late payments.

We do not report to the bureaus any public records.

We do not report to the bureaus or other vendor Liens and Judgements.

We do not report to the bureaus any collections.

We do not report to the bureaus any medical information.

Any information being pull thru our technical provider or loan originating systems, PCB is not responsible.

Any claims or wrong doing, damages or misleading information, applicant cannot pursue any legal action toward Premium Credit Bureau.

PREMIUM CREDIT BUREAU DIRECT OR NOT DIRECT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LAWSUITS AGAINST PREMIUM CREDIT BUREAU. 

Any lawsuits against Premium Credit Bureau, plaintiff will be responsible for all legal fees.

By accepting or give consent to pull the credit report, Applicant accept all terms and conditions and privacy policy. 

DATA COLLECTION

Personal information is information that identifies you as an individual. The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us, and the products or services you subscribe to. We collect personal information directly from you through our websites, Application Program Interfaces (“APIs”), mobile applications, and when you contact our customer service. We also collect personal information from third party sources.

If you subscribe to our products or services. PCB collect the following information from you:

• Your contact and identity information such as name, date of birth, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, Social Security number,
• Information you provide for identity verification and/or to use features in our products or services. This may include, authentication, automobile, information, and consumer utility service provider information, such as, from cable, cell phone, internet, landline phone, satellite television and radio, home security/alarm services, and newspaper subscription services companies
• Your credit card or other payment account information when you purchase products and services from us;

All activities performed on the system are logged. We will periodically check the log files for irregularities or possibly malicious actions. This measure helps with the early detection of illegal activities and/or possible equipment failure. This logged data may also be analyzed to determine how we can upgrade our system to better service you. When used in the course of scientific or research purposes, all reasonable identifying information is removed.

COOKIES

PREMIUM CREDIT BUREAU does not initiate cookies on behalf of third parties within this system. This system does not store sensitive or personal identifying information in cookies. However, non-persistent cookies may be required to maintain session state.

SECURITY

Security is the forte of PREMIUM CREDIT BUREAU thru our Technical Provider Meridian Link and we take great pride in the trust you have placed in us to safeguard your data. As an extra precaution to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control, PREMIUM CREDIT BUREAU is audited by an independent 3rd party annually. Users, however, are responsible for the safekeeping of their own login/password and for any misuse of such information.

Legal Purposes: We share personal information with government entities and others for lawful and necessary purposes, including responding to requests from government entities or our regulators; to comply with subpoenas, law enforcement requests, and other legal processes; to enforce our Terms and Conditions; and as necessary to protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of our customers, ourselves, and others.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale, bankruptcy, or other disposition of some or all our assets, we may share and/or transfer your personal information to an affiliate or relevant third party.

IN SUMMARY
